Megan O'Connor Elsayed is an EdTech Operator, Investor, and former founder focused on AI + Education, Economic Mobility, and Workforce Development.

As the Vice President of Business Development at Southern New Hampshire University, Megan currently leads GTM for the institution's non-degree Skills Programs as well as Strategic Partnerships.

Previous to SNHU, Megan was Vice President of Partnerships at Chegg, where she led go-to-market strategy for the company's University Partnership division and ran revenue for Chegg Skills. She was responsible for launching Chegg's business-to-institution revenue stream and expanding Chegg's footprint in skills education and professional certificates. In both roles, Megan led the enterprise sales, integrated marketing, and partnership teams.

Prior to Chegg, Megan was an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Kaplan Test Prep and the Founder/CEO of ventured-backed edtech startup Hi Clark (acquired by Noodle). In addition to her work as an operator, Megan has served as a Venture Partner at Gutter Capital, a "Reach Roadrunner" for Reach Capital, an advisor to Human Ventures, and is currently on the Impact Advisory Committee of Apollo Capital's Impact Fund.

Megan is a frequent keynote speaker in the edtech space, with expertise in higher education AI adoption, career mobility, workforce development, frontline workforce training, upskilling and reskilling, and alternative higher education pathways. She is also a contributor to Inc. Magazine.

She holds an MPA from NYU's Wagner School of Public Service and a BA from Santa Clara University.
